Content Policy

Effective date: June 30, 2026 · Version 1.0

This Content Policy governs the files, designs, descriptions, and other materials ("Content") that customers upload to NestlyPrint or request to have manufactured, and the work that makers agree to produce. It supplements our Terms of Use. By uploading Content or requesting manufacture, you agree to this Policy. Nestly Print LLP, doing business as NestlyPrint ("NestlyPrint," "we," "us"), may update this Policy from time to time; the version in effect when you upload applies to that upload.

1. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the Content you upload and for ensuring you have the legal right to upload it and to have it manufactured. When you upload a file and request manufacture, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to do so, and that the Content and its production do not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

2. Prohibited content

You may not upload, request, or manufacture Content that includes or involves any of the following:

Suitability & safety. Items are custom-made by independent makers and are provided without warranty. You are responsible for confirming an item is suitable and safe for your intended use. Parts are not intended for medical, load-bearing, protective, or vehicle safety-critical applications unless a maker expressly agrees and appropriate certified materials are used — see the Intended use & assumption of risk section of our Terms.

3. Confirmation at upload

Before an upload is finalized, you are asked to confirm that your files do not contain prohibited content and that you have the legal right to upload them and request their manufacture. We record this confirmation — including your account identifier and a timestamp — for compliance and auditing purposes. This record helps us respond to intellectual-property complaints and legal requests, and protects both customers and makers.

4. Makers' rights

Makers are independent and may decline any order for any lawful reason, including if they believe the Content may violate this Policy, the rights of others, or applicable law, or if they are not comfortable producing it. Declining an order on these grounds is encouraged and never penalized.

5. Reporting, DMCA, and enforcement

If you believe Content on NestlyPrint infringes your rights or violates this Policy, contact us at [email protected] with details. For copyright complaints, follow the DMCA notice-and-takedown procedure described in Section 7 of our Terms of Use (send your notice with the subject line "DMCA / Copyright Agent"). We investigate reports and may remove Content, cancel orders, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy; we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. We may also disclose information to law enforcement or rights holders where required or permitted by law.

6. No legal advice

This Policy is provided for general guidance and does not constitute legal advice. Intellectual property, export control, and product safety laws are complex and vary by jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether you may upload or manufacture a particular item, consult a qualified professional before proceeding.
